Epping Forest Pistol Club
Our name, Epping Forest Pistol Club, is historic and dates back to the days when we were permitted to shoot handguns. Sadly, this is no longer the case, but we retain the name.
The Club
We are a member's only club, dedicated to developing marksmanship and good shooting practice.
We do not host visitors, run events, shooting experiences or "Pay and Play" days.
Epping Forest Pistol Club offers both small and full-bore (pistol calibre) rifle shooting, plus black powder shooting at our North Weald range.
The club has a number of small-bore and full-bore rifles (pistol calibre) available for use by those who do not possess their own guns. Ammunition is available at competitive prices from the club.
Guidance will be given to beginners, members are expected to reach a standard of proficiency using .22 before being permitted to use the larger calibres.
All the following are free of charge at Epping Forest Pistol Club, targets, the club guns you use during the time you spend shooting at the club, tea and coffee. There are “no hidden charges”.
We have two ranges, one indoor and one outdoor, providing a total of 18 points, all under cover. Plus a heated members lounge with plenty of seating.
Should you wish to visit the range, please fill out the Membership Enquiry form. Visits are by invitation only!
Please note: The club reserves the right to refuse membership without explanation.
